Let’s get started!

Working towards impact is not the same as measuring impact. It is more like a cycle: a continuous process where you keep learning from your earlier findings.

Four different pillars can be distinguished as the central components of this cycle: Strategy, Monitoring and Evaluation, Learning and Reporting, and Culture. On this website we show you the best methods to start working on each of these components.

Each organization is different

When it comes to impact-oriented work, small organizations have different needs and resources than larger organizations. How much experience an organization has with measuring results in order to maximize impact also determines their learning needs when it comes to working in an impact-oriented way. Similarly, what kind of stakeholders an organization has also makes a difference.

To ensure that you find the information that is relevant for your organization, each pillar is divided into three levels of growth. The first level indicates the basic principles, the next levels offer more in-depth knowledge.
